Instantly is a new tool for creators to notify their fans about new and exclusive content, and for fans to receive notifications from their favourite creators. As social media platforms are making it harder for creators to reach their fans, because of complicated algoritmes and advertisement obstructions, Instantly lets creators send direct notifications to their fans without interference. Fans can follow and subscribe to their favourite creators and directly decide which specific creators can send them notifications.
By creating an account and giving Instantly permission to send you notifications, creators can send fans content through notifications. As a fan you can decide which creators can send you notifications by following or subscribing to them. If you are not following or subscribed to a creator, they are not able to send you notifications.
Subscribing to a creator enables them to send you exclusive content, starting from €0.99 a month. This can vary from song previews to merch drops and ticket pre-sales. Creators decide which notifications they send to followers and subscribers.
Go to the profile of the creator and select the subscribe options. After you have followed all the payment instructions and verifications you are subscribed to a creator and from that moment on you will receive the exclusive content.
If you’re subscribing for the first time you will receive a free trial of 30 days. After this trial the subscription will be renewed automatically, and you will be billed every month until cancelled.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Turning off the auto-renew payment will stop any future payments. You will still receive notifications for subscribers until the end of your subscription.

Ensure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store and have granted Instantly permission to send you notifications. - Open the Google Play app - At the top right, tap the profile icon - Tap Payments & subscriptions - Subscriptions - Select the subscription you want to cancel - Tap Cancel subscription
- Open the Settings app - Tap your name - Tap Subscriptions - iPhone showing the Subscriptions menu option in Settings - Tap the subscription that you want to manage. - Tap Cancel Subscription - If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew
Problems with subscriptions not showing on Android have been fixed (26-09-2022)
Please try to remove and reinstall the app, this should fix the splash screen issue.
